Don't worry, help is at hand! We offer free technical support to our subscribers with problems connecting to or using our service. Sorry, but we can not provide free support for other problems or third party software not supplied by us. We do not provide technical support for MAC OS, it's client programs or ported software. You must have a working knowledge of MACs or seek technical support through a specialized service, MACGuru is a good choice.Your support for MSIntenet Explorer or Netscape Navigator is limited to set up for connections and email.Please contact support where the software comes from.

Do you really need our help?:
Before contacting us ensure the problem is with our service or software. A fee may be charged for technical assistance with problems not related to our service. Always check your Help files first, both MS Explorer and Netscape have excellent Help files.

Check our Trouble Shooting page or visit our Online Technical Guides to see if there's a solution to your problem there and if all this fails, it's time to contact us...

  • By Phone: Call (608) 223-8951, (800) 524 4416 during the hours of 10am - 10pm CST Monday thru Friday, Saturday 10 am to 2pm.

  • E-Mail: For less urgent matters email support@solvnet.net. Mail checked regularly 7 days a week and answered within 24 hours.

Please have the following ready before calling Tech Support:
  • You have your Login Name and Password or customer number available
  • Your systems information and specifications
  • You are at a phone close to your computer
